Mint Dentistry has taken dentistry to a much needed improved experience. Going to the dentist is no longer the dreaded experience I have experienced with old school dental offices. Mint just took care of my chipped tooth with a crown. I have had crowns over rhe years and this is the first time it was done with little to no discomfort. Mint went the extra mile to make my visit the most comfortable experience possible with everything from the massaging dental chair to the Mint sunglasses to wear during the proceedure. More
I have had a lot of dental work done here and I have to say Dr. Caglia and his team are top notch. Today they were short staffed and I had a root canal and a crown done, he had done a few root canals on me and a few crowns and I'm always there for a hour to a hour and a half, today he was booked and short staffed so it took longer but I didn't mind at all because him and his staff are so sweet and caring and they always do great work. After a few hours of going from my room to another then back to my room then to another then back to mine we were done, I told him "good job doc" and he thanked me for my patience. I want to thank Dr. Caglia for helping me get a perfect smile again and let him know that this patient will always be patient for him and his staff. Victoria was amazingI walked in and at the beginning I was a little scared , but then i started talking to Victoria after my the dentist left the room and asked her all the questions referring to the company and how the process worked for a cleaning and my crowns. She sat with me for a good 20 minutes answering everything. Excellent service, extremely satisfied and the customer service far exceeded my high expectations and request!!! Thank you for exceeding the typical customer service. It's very evident that this company cares and values their business and costumes. More
