Can't say enough good things about this company and it haven't even had any work done yet. I havent had dental insurance or an actual teeth cleaning in well over 7 years. I went to another office that quoted around $4000 for all the work I "needed". At Mint including the discount plan of $140 I would only owe in total only pay about 1400!!! Much better!! Can't beat free whitening too!! More

I absolutely adored Nikki! This was my second cleaning at this office (Mint Dentistry in general) and she was so very gentle when cleaning my teeth. I’m not afraid of the dentist but if I was I would tell any/everyone to see her. I also loved the dentist that briefly visited with me, I’m sad to say I didn’t get his name. He was so nice and had huge smiles. I loved listening to the banter in the office as I relaxed in my chair. More

The staff was very friendly and professional, from the receptionist when i entered the office on down to the x-ray tech and the hygienist and the dentist. I knew that i would need a deep cleaning and i hate going to the dentist. After the x-rays and the exam it was determined that i needed a deep cleaning and a filling. I became super nervous when i realized the dentist would have to give me shots in my gums. The dentist knew i was nervous and she was so comforting while giving me the shots. The hygienist was also comforting during the cleaning. She talked to me the whole time explaining what she was doing. Thanks to the North Richland Hills staff for the good experience! More

Yeah, Its always an amazing experience with these guys, and no pain, which is number one for me!!! I also require an explanation of services which they are very good at explaining. I don't trust to many dentist because they'll pull out your front teeth just to make money on those painful implants. Be careful out here. More

Clean, efficient & awesome people like Jorge! Thank you K104 for the recommendation 😁 ***Updating my review.**** I went in at the beginning of the year for work done and a cleaning. I was scheduled to come in 6 months later for a routine cleaning, they canceled my appointment because my benefits are “exhausted.” I reschedule at different location assuming it was a mistake and again Mint in Arlington told me it will be $250. I have 2 PPO dental insurance since the beginning of the year and still remains the same. I asked for my itemized bill and shows I have $600+ in credit currently and they still needed me to pay for services while they hold my credit for review. With all paid in full since MAY 2021 they are still working on my refund going on almost a month and no cleaning for me but someone will call me to try to schedule me for a 2nd cleaning just to tell me $250 for a cleaning with credit available. I recommend everyone to pull their itemized receipt and double check the amount charged to your insurance company. They do great work but even with two PPO insurance- they will only clean your teeth once a year and invite you back when your benefits replenish with credit on your account. Yes, the office lead there is not nice either. She acts as if you are under her and never checks my account to move forward. More

I have been going to this MINT location for over a year now and every time I go they are always so friendly. The hygienists that do my cleanings, even around my two permanent retainers, are so gentle and very thorough. The doctor that did my fillings was great as well. I went out on a limb and went to the dentist…normally terrified. Normally I’d rather pass another kidney stone, but I couldn’t be happier with the staff there. They were great! Everything was explained to me in detail (me a person who has not had any dental work done except for cleanings) exactly what was going on and what I would expect. My fiancé is transferring there next month and I am very thankful to them for helping me get rid of this pain. More

Went in with wisdom tooth hurting. Was taken back immediately by Cindy and started with xrays and was taken to my room. Dr Caglia was soon there and before I knew it was given a diagnosis, scheduled for oral surgery, and a treatment plan for the pain. I’ve never seen a dentist office so efficient. Cindy was there to make sure I didn’t have any further questions and made sure I had all the information needed for the oral surgeon. Will continue coming back and would refer anyone to them for sure. More

Since I could remember, I have had an overwhelming fear with the dentist. At a young age, I had a terrible accident that left me with 6 serious broken teeth that I had to have filled in which was an experience I did not enjoy. From that point on, I have always had that fear of returning to the dentist, and from past experiences with cleanings and assessments that fear only seemed to have grown as I became older. My experience with MINT dentistry was a complete 180 from what I thought dentist offices are. From when I arrived up to when I left, I was asked several times if I needed anything and was comfortable. As I began my assessment, the dental assistant took my impressions of my teeth & x-rays and then kindly informed me that I would receive FREE professional whitening trays when I left THAT DAY! Once all the impressions were taken care of, the dentist sat with me and discussed the x-rays and asked if I had any particular issues with my teeth. I informed her of my previous experiences and the issues I have faced with the shattering of my front teeth. She then very professionally explained the process of how we would go about repairing and correcting all the concerns I had, but never did I feel like she was trying to sell me something which was something I never experienced with any dental office. She then prescribed me a special toothpaste for my sensitive fronts, and then a referral to see a MINT orthodontist to begin the process of repairing my teeth. After our conversation finished, the dental hygienist came to do a full cleaning. This was the part I had been anxiously awaiting and had lost sleep over the night before. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, IT WAS INCREDIBLE! Maren (hopefully spelt correctly) was the best hygienist my wife and I have EVER had an experience with. The great conversation kept me from constantly fearing for my mouth, yet during the cleaning, nothing was ever painful. I left the office feeling like I had the cleanest mouth I have ever had, and for the first time in my life, was actually looking forward to my next dental appointment! Thank you MINT again for changing my outlook on dentistry and I am greatly looking forward to my future appointments! More

Dr. Caglia is so good at putting me to ease - I’ve had horrible dental experiences before that resulted in me being terrified of the drill. Dr. Caglia always does a great job and I never feel a thing. And his assistant Yaritza was super sweet today and always made sure I was doing alright. When I walked in the atmosphere was friendly and upbeat! I didn’t have to wait long to be called back. I was offered beats and a IPAD. When I was called back George took my X-rays. He explained everything that he was doing. They have updated cool equipment. When it was time to get my impressions done for my whitening trays I was nervous, but George was excellent. He was able to get them done in one shot! Cindy was my dental hygienist and she was patient and gentle and explained the whole process, since I had to have a deep cleaning done. I guess I was so nervous about the Dentist giving me the shot I forgot his name. He did a great job as I did not feeling anything that Cindy was doing. I definitely will refer others to your office. I came here with for my first time visit with very high expectations with hearing all the radio advertisements. My previous dentist office was always such a dreadful experience and it always gave me anxiety but I was COMPLETELY blown away by my visit at Mint. I was warmly greeted by Nick at the front who not only made me feel special, but like I was the only patient in the office. Every business needs a Nick at the front because he was the epitome of Customer service! Already my expectations were being exceeded. I barley had to wait 5 minutes and already Meagan brought me to the back to take my xrays and she was a delight! She was probably the best dental Assistant I have ever met. I spoke with Dr Caglia who addressed all my needs and made me feel very important and like he cared about me! Nothing was rushed and nothing felt over looked, I was cared for every step of the way. Jocelin came in and explained all my benefits and didn't leave until I understood everything. Cynthia did my cleaning and her hands were like Bruce lee mixed with Jesus himself. She was precise with her hands but very gentle! Best Hygienist in the world! Nick once again checked me out and ended the experience off and such a high note! From X-rays to the dentist check to the actual cleaning I felt that I was the only one there even though they were busy. More

The reception was quick, the cleaning was quick, the exam was quick. Plus they give you a free whitening treatment Nice perk. I did not find the recommended additional services (2 fillings my previous dentist also recommended) to be predatory, as I read on other reviews. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of the whitening. I also plan to bro-ing my daughter. I didn't realize they treat little children also More

So....This place is plush, but I still had hella anxiety about deep cleaning. Sarah came into my exam room MULTIPLE times to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. My anxiety was still on 10 the doctor was SUPER nice and patient with me. I never felt pressured. I'm a cry baby and no one judged me. I definitely recommend this place. More

Victoria was amazingI walked in and at the beginning I was a little scared , but then i started talking to Victoria after my the dentist left the room and asked her all the questions referring to the company and how the process worked for a cleaning and my crowns. She sat with me for a good 20 minutes answering everything. Excellent service, extremely satisfied and the customer service far exceeded my high expectations and request!!! I just had my first appointment at Mint. Facility is nice. Staff is friendly. I got complimentary teeth whitening trays molded to my teeth (same day!), but I was there for 1 hr 45 mins. At least I got to sit in a gentle massage chair and watch Netflix. Also, the patient rooms don’t have doors so it can get a little loud. More

I have not been to the dentist in years because it has never been a pleasant experience. However, at Mint Dentistry, they make every effort to make you comfortable and make it an enjoyable experience. They give you a tablet and Beats headphones to listen to. You can watch movies, etc. however, my dental assistant was so awesome, I just enjoyed talking with her. Bonus- free teeth whitening! Dentistry unlike anywhere I have been before! After being greeted and checked in, I was offered water and use of Beats headphones and a tablet to pass the time in the waiting area. Then going back into the patient room I was able to watch a new show on Netflix. My appointment went along quickly, practically no wait for X-rays, teeth cleaning, or check up.
