This is my first time at the NRH location.. I have been a mint patient for about 5 years.. When i entered i was warmly greeted by the receptionist making you feel welcomed. The staff and doctors are super friendly. They listen to your cheif complains and take the time to make you understand the treatment and care plan. Mint Dentistry has taken dentistry to a much needed improved experience. Going to the dentist is no longer the dreaded experience I have experienced with old school dental offices. Mint just took care of my chipped tooth with a crown. I have had crowns over rhe years and this is the first time it was done with little to no discomfort. Mint went the extra mile to make my visit the most comfortable experience possible with everything from the massaging dental chair to the Mint sunglasses to wear during the proceedure. More

I have had a lot of dental work done here and I have to say Dr. Caglia and his team are top notch. Today they were short staffed and I had a root canal and a crown done, he had done a few root canals on me and a few crowns and I'm always there for a hour to a hour and a half, today he was booked and short staffed so it took longer but I didn't mind at all because him and his staff are so sweet and caring and they always do great work. After a few hours of going from my room to another then back to my room then to another then back to mine we were done, I told him "good job doc" and he thanked me for my patience. I want to thank Dr. Caglia for helping me get a perfect smile again and let him know that this patient will always be patient for him and his staff. Thank you for your determination in making people have beautiful smiles and thank you for your patience!! More

Can't say enough good things about this company and it haven't even had any work done yet. I havent had dental insurance or an actual teeth cleaning in well over 7 years. I went to another office that quoted around $4000 for all the work I "needed". At Mint including the discount plan of $140 I would only owe in total only pay about 1400!!! Much better!! Can't beat free whitening too!! More

I became super nervous when i realized the dentist would have to give me shots in my gums. The dentist knew i was nervous and she was so comforting while giving me the shots. They took me in, explained what needed to be done and even though I didn't have insurance, they did work with me by explaining their discount plan. I really love this mint dentistry, everyone is so friendly and when they found out about my emergency crown situation and I couldn't wait the 3-4 weeks because of knee surgery. I was in and out in about an hours time. The doc was great. She is really good at what she does. And her assistant was super knowledgeable. The staff is always friendly. And I’m on my way to having sexy teeth. Now that I’m old enough to be sexy. Thanks to the guys and gals at Mint… More

I was scheduled to come in 6 months later for a routine cleaning, they canceled my appointment because my benefits are “exhausted.” I reschedule at different location assuming it was a mistake and again Mint in Arlington told me it will be $250. I have 2 PPO dental insurance since the beginning of the year and still remains the same. I asked for my itemized bill and shows I have $600+ in credit currently and they still needed me to pay for services while they hold my credit for review. With all paid in full since MAY 2021 they are still working on my refund going on almost a month and no cleaning for me but someone will call me to try to schedule me for a 2nd cleaning just to tell me $250 for a cleaning with credit available. I recommend everyone to pull their itemized receipt and double check the amount charged to your insurance company. They do great work but even with two PPO insurance- they will only clean your teeth once a year and invite you back when your benefits replenish with credit on your account. Yes, the office lead there is not nice either. She acts as if you are under her and never checks my account to move forward. More

I have been going to this MINT location for over a year now and every time I go they are always so friendly. The hygienists that do my cleanings, even around my two permanent retainers, are so gentle and very thorough. The doctor that did my fillings was great as well. Upon my calling her back, I had found out they had resolved my problem without issue. This tells me that this staff cares enough to help a person that isn't a customer, they care even more or just as much about regular customers. I went out on a limb and went to the dentist…normally terrified. Normally I’d rather pass another kidney stone, but I couldn’t be happier with the staff there. They were great! Upon arriving to MINT DENTISTRY NRH I noticed that their front door area was clean including the glass doors. It is in the details, especially in a pandemic, that we need to pay close attention to. As I entered with my mask on, I was immediately warmly greeted. Which felt great to not stand there and ponder if I am invisible. I was Covid screened once again, very important. The young Lady, in a mask, politely requested the credentials of mine which were needed. I was presented with forms and walked through the entire process. I was then presented an iPad which was actually being wiped down again, in front of me, so that I could visually see that it is sanitized. Most places sanitize and put away. This is a great detail knowing that they care enough about my Family and I by easing my thoughts and worries. The atmosphere was Chic and playing some GOOD country music which the staff and I were singing to. Lol! I finished entering my information and did not even wait 10 minutes before I was whisked away to take my xrays and place me in my room to take my vitals. The room was SUPER clean! Smelled great! They offer Pandora and Netflix to listen to or watch on the huge flat screen. Being a Blue October Fan I requested the greatest band ever to exist. That put me in such a great mood. The dental assistant was very courteous. Explaining the coming procedures. The Dentist arrived and assessed the situation and carefully explained the procedure that was going to happen putting me at ease. Being that I am terrified of needles, I honestly barely even felt a pinch. Procedure done, the planning staff came in and itemized my plan for the future explaining who pays what and when in time recommended procedures should be made. Most places are not that courteous and force procedures down your throat, literally. Overall visit was SUPER amazing! They even gave me a "Goodie Bag" with toothpaste, tooth brush, extra extra whitening gel, floss, and their signature sunglasses, as well as a copy of my plan. Some people think if they haven't been to a dentist in a long time then it's too late for them. Either it's too expensive, teeth are irreparable, dentists berating you... the list goes on. I know because I thought the same thing. But, I decided that after avoiding the dentist for 18 years, I wanted to get my smile back. I wanted it with a passion, regardless of what "unpleasant experience" I thought I would receive. I decided to make an appointment at the Mint Dentistry in North Richland Hills for my daughter and myself, mostly because I was afraid to go by myself (8-year-olds provide great moral support, surprisingly). The appointment scheduling process was a breeze. They verify your appointment and send you emails, reminding you of the appointment date/time and the COVID-19 rules they put in place for everyone's safety - which I loved. The day had finally come for us to get our teeth looked at (and my self-esteem slaughtered). We arrived and were immediately greeted with smiles. I filled out the new patient paperwork and within 10 minutes we were called to the back. My daughter's appointment was a breeze, simply because she visits then dentist every 6 months. I, on the other hand, was prepared for the worst. But... I received compliments, reassurance, and comfort throughout the process. It was incredible. We all knew my teeth weren't in the best shape, but they wanted me to understand it wasn't their first rodeo. They were determined to do the job and do it well. My anxiety disappeared. They explained what they were needing to do to my teeth and made me aware of what to expect with numbing and pain. I had complete confidence in their abilities to work their magic. The TV was playing Lauren Hill on Spotify, the lights were off, and I was numb. After several hours (yeah - bad teeth, remember?), the procedure was complete and my face was rubber - but my teeth were finally Mint!!! This Mint Dentistry experience was the exact opposite of what I was expecting. It was a moment worth writing a book about! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean and COVID-free environment, with up-to-date and very interestingly unique (and hip) technology. Smiles all around!!!
